    Description

We are pleased to offer an impressive silverplated gravy ladle from A. Boulenger of France.  The design is a classic rattail pattern on the top.  The French custom is to set the table with the flatware upside down so that the backs of the pieces show.  The pattern on the back of the handle is an oval belt and buckle, unusual and fabulous!  The bowl is rectangular and it's a beautifully impressive serving piece.
    Condition:
Excellent - no silver wear or loss, heel wear or shadows.  There are VV monograms inside the oval of the belt buckle and the pattern is crisp and well defined.
    Size:
    7 1/4" long, bowl is 1 3/4" x 2 3/4".
