    overlapping lid. This antique jar still has the vermei
    l on the inside. The beautiful chased cartouche on the lid was never engrave
    d. The jar is fully marked. It was made by J. Granvigne of Paris. He worked in the late 19th and early 20th century on 4 rue Beranger
    .
    The jar is in very good used condition. Great addition to a fine collection.
