    This auction is for 2 Edouard Ernie Salt Spoons and salt sellers (unidentified mark) with gold (vermeil) inside the bowls. The pieces are in overall excellent condition with some signs of use. The pieces are not monogrammed. I don't have a scale so I am not able to disclose the weight of the set. The cellars are approximately 3" long, 1 1/2" wide, and 1 1/4" tall. The spoons are approximately 2 5/8" long. The spoons have the Edouard Ernie mark and he started using that mark in 1882.  The makers mark is very hard to read and I was not able to identify the maker.  I have a x60 magnifying glass and was able to see the makers and hallmarks.  he pieces are marked with the Minerva 1 mark which indicates the silver content is 950/1000.
